These Terms of Use are provided by Cymatics Technologies Private Limited (collectively referred to as "the team," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating a user account, accepting the user terms and privacy policy posted in the app, or otherwise accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this End User License Agreement or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the service. We reserve the right to amend these terms and our Privacy Policy at any time without notice, and your continued use of the app will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should discontinue using the app.
Please note that this app and the services provided herein do not facilitate "real money gambling." No real money is required to play, and the service is purely for entertainment. You cannot obtain any actual money from the gameplay itself. By creating a user account or accepting the user terms, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to accept these terms and to abide by them, that you are of legal age, and that you have fully read and understood these terms.
1.1. Virtual Currency and Transactions
The game does not involve real money transactions and does not offer refunds, exchanges, or the ability to cash in real money or other currencies. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities disguised as virtual currency transactions. If a user is found to be involved in such prohibited activities, their account will be immediately closed, and the virtual currency will be frozen. Illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities for further action.
1.2. Ownership of Service
These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service. The service is licensed to you, not sold, and we, along with our licensors, retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all intellectual property rights. This ownership remains vested in us even after the service is installed on your device.
1.3. License Conditions
You agree not to:
- Sell, rent, distribute, transfer, license, sublicense, lend, or otherwise assign any part of the service to any third party.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the service, including making adaptations or modifications.
- Reproduce the service in any form or by any means.
- Use the service in an unauthorized manner, including trespassing or overloading network capacity.
- Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the service, or permit or authorize any third party to do so, except as explicitly permitted by law.
- Make the service accessible to multiple users through any means, including uploading the service to a file-sharing or hosting service or making it available over a network where it can be accessed by multiple devices simultaneously.
- Misrepresent the ownership or source of the service.
- Scrape, build databases, or create permanent copies of any content derived from the service.
- Use the service in any manner that harasses, abuses, stalks, threatens, defames, or otherwise infringes upon the rights of any other party.
Your continued use of the service depends on your compliance with these terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally allowed to participate in the games and access the service under applicable laws.
- You acknowledge that we do not provide legal advice or assurances, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and have the legal right to use the service.
- You will monitor your account to ensure no minor under the age of 18 can access the service using your account. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the service by minors.
- You must reside in or access the games or service from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Australia.

- You will not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities related to the games and will not use any software-assisted methods for participation. We reserve the right to invalidate any such participation.
- You will not share your account or password with anyone, nor permit unauthorized access or use of your account. You will not access or use an account without our written permission if it has been rented, leased, sold, traded, or otherwise transferred.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under it, including purchases.
- We reserve the right to close inactive accounts after sixty days without prior notice.
- To close your account, contact customer support. Closing your account forfeits all rights to any associated Coins.
- We reserve the right to refuse or close an account at our discretion.
- You acknowledge our right to conduct verification checks as required by law or as deemed necessary. You agree to comply promptly with all verification requests.
- We may restrict your account until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- Required documents may include identification, proof of address, and documentation of wealth or funds sources.
- Failure to provide requested documents within 40 days may result in account deactivation or restriction.
- We may use third-party service providers for verification checks, and location services must be enabled on your device to access the service.
- These terms grant only the right to use the service and do not convey ownership rights.
- All rights, title, and interest in the service, including intellectual property rights, remain our sole property or that of our licensors.
- Your use of the games does not grant ownership rights in the intellectual property. All elements, including titles, codes, software, designs, sounds, concepts, methods, text, data, user accounts, themes, objects, characters, stories, dialogue, locations, artwork, animations, images, graphics, documentation, gaming history, and recordings, remain our property or that of our licensors.
- You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property interest in your account, and all rights in the account remain vested in us.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws. Do not submit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal, or infringing material.
- Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any changes that render previous information inaccurate.
- We may delete user content at our discretion but are not obligated to do so. We assume no responsibility for monitoring user content.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, sell, transfer, transmit, display, and use any user content.
- You further grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and any other information or material included in your user content without any obligation to you.
- You are solely responsible for your user content. We disclaim any responsibility for backing up or retaining user content.
- Prohibited user content includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, harassment, sexual or offensive content, terrorism, religious hatred, illegal activities, unauthorized commercial content, or content promoting competitors' services.
- To the extent permitted by law, we and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service;
- The conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content or information obtained from the service or reliance on the service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of any material or content.
- In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes or supersedes your rights as a consumer.
- Our total liability, and that of our affiliates, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 180 days.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by viruses, bugs, human error, system failures, or errors, failures, or delays in transmissions or network connections. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to the service.
- We are not liable for any damages, claims, liabilities, or costs you incur in connection with content, products, or services offered by third parties with whom we cooperate.
- You release us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liabilities arising from the acts or omissions of such third parties.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or demands, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of or access to the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service.
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability.
